Contractor network
One homeowner. One contractor. No bidding war.
Since 2015 our team has sold more than $130 million in home improvement work for licensed contractors. Not by selling the same homeowner to four companies and letting them fight over the price — by qualifying the homeowner, booking the appointment, and handing it to one contractor who can do the job.
That figure is the value of work contracted between homeowners and the licensed contractors we introduced them to. Builders2U is not a contractor and is not a party to those agreements.
What you get
The appointment is yours alone
We match one homeowner to one contractor. You are not racing three other companies to the same phone number, and you are not discounting to win a bid nobody asked you for.
Set appointments, not raw leads
Our call center qualifies the homeowner and books the consultation. What reaches you is a time at an address, not a form fill to chase.
Your territory, by postal code
You tell us where you are based and how far you will drive. Routing respects it — we would rather send you nothing than send you an hour past where you said you go.
You keep the customer
You contract directly with the homeowner and they pay you directly. We are not a party to your agreement and we never hold, escrow, or disburse a dollar of your project money.
What you pay for an appointment is set in your agreement with us and depends on the trade and the territory. We do not publish a rate card, and we will not quote you one before we have seen your license.
What we ask of you
The front of this site tells homeowners exactly what is checked before anyone reaches their door. That promise is only worth something if we hold every contractor to it — including the ones we would like to say yes to.
- A current trade license in the state, which we verify with the board and re-confirm every year
- A current certificate of general liability insurance on file
- Bond information on file
- A background check, which every contractor in the network has cleared
- A signed agreement carrying all of the above, before a single appointment is routed to you
If something on that list is not in place yet, apply anyway and say so in the notes. It is a conversation, not an automatic no.
Apply
Takes about three minutes. We will call you at the number you give us, usually within two business days.
